engineering, design, EPC, and O&M procedures of the power plant with CDV government. Negotiated
contracts and reviewed tenders for building of main plant package pertaining to GE gas turbines, Delteck
HRSG, Skoda steam turbine, and the WTP/plant BOP.

Resolved a complex and significant contract challenge with local CVD governmental and West African
culture by being and open minded to the local culture and regulations, “Train the client” approach due
to the technological gaps of local authorities to such mega projects as this, supporting the community
